Measure 10.5 Support For Education Under The Integrated Territorial Investments Of Priority Includes:1) Replacement Of Balustrade I Installation Of Handrails For Disabled People - Staircase No. 1,2) Replacement Of Balustrades And Installation Of Handrails For Disabled People - Staircase No. 2,3) Replacement Of Balustrades And Installation Of Handrails For Disabled People - Staircase Next To The Kitchen,4) Replacement Of Balustrades And Installation Of Handrails For Disabled People - External Entrance Stairs To The Building,5) Renovation Of Bathrooms. Detailed Scope Of The Order, Conditions And The Method Of Their Implementation Is Determined By: • Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 6 To The Swz, • Bills Of Quantities - Annexes No. 1 To The Ppu And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works With Simplified Design Documentation - Annex No. 2 To The Ppu. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within 100 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than February 28, 2026 R.The Ordering Party Provides For Exclusion Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 1 Of The Act Of April 13, 2022 On Special Solutions For Counteracting Support For Aggression Against Ukraine And For The Protection Of National Security (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 514). Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Executive Cost Estimate Prepared At Its Own Expense And Effort. The Submitted Cost Estimate For The Contractor Should Be A Simplified Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1 To The Ppu) Taking Into Account All Costs Resulting From The Implementation Of The Scope Of The Order And The Contractors Obligations Described In The Draft Contractual Provisions (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz). Note. Each Item In The Cost Estimate Should Present The Number Of Units, The Unit Price Of The Item Including Mark-Ups But Excluding Vat And The Value Of The Entire Item Including Mark-Ups But Excluding Vat. All Price Components Of Individual Cost Estimates And The Resulting Price Should Be Calculated And Given In Pln, With An Accuracy Of Two Decimal Places.
