The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Volunteer Fire Department Station Into An Ol And Oc Warehouse And Include, In Particular, The Reconstruction Of The Window Recess In The Building, And The Construction Of New Doors Inside The Facility, Bricking Up The Old Door Opening And The Installation Of A Light Wall Made Of Plasterboards And Hardening Of The Square In Front Of The Fire Station Building.2. Investment Location: Ul. Rzeczna 6, 57-401 Nowa Rudageneral Remarks:1) The Contractors Liability Under The Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Order Will End After A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Current Permits, Arrangements, Technical Conditions For Connections, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents, Studies, Etc. That Are Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order Along With The Costs Of Obtaining Them. 3) The Contractor Should Adopt The Basis For The Valuation On Its Own, So That The Scope Of Work Included In The Valuation Ensures The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In The Swz And The Annexes Referred To In Point 2.4) In The Tender Procedure, The Ordering Party Accepted A Lump Sum Remuneration As The Form Of Remuneration. The Bills Of Quantities Constitute Only Auxiliary Material And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order.
