1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Expansion Of The Juliusz Słowacki Stairs From Spichrzowa Street To Królowej Jadwigi Street In Grudziądz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes 3 Stages, Which Will Be Performed As Follows: 1) Stage I: A) Demolition Works: - Dismantling Stairs, - Dismantling Balustrades, - Dismantling Concrete Watercourses, - Dismantling The Side Access; B) Repair Of Degraded Wall Fragments; C) Assessment Of The Subsoil With The Participation Of A Geologist; D) Preparation Of A New Subfloor For Stair Flights; E) Execution New Construction Of Stairs;F) Repair Of The Lower Parts Of The Walls At The Junction With The Stairs;G) Construction Of New Watercourses;H) Installation Of Balustrades;I) Installation Of Benchmarks;J) Cleaning Of Storm Sewage Wells And Unblocking The Rainwater System From The Surface Of Al. Piotra.2) Stage Ii: Reconstruction Of The Entrance Gates To The Platforms At Ul. Spichrzowa.3) Stage Iii: A) Demolition Of The Current Observation Deck; B) Partial Demolition Of The Lower Sections Of Stairs And Streams For Stormwater Drainage; C) Construction Of A Retaining Wall; D) Construction Of An Observation Deck; E) Construction Of A Decorative Wall And Column.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Construction Products Consistent With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Approved For Use By The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended). Where The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards Is Indicated In The Drawings In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation. The Use Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions By The Contractor Will Take Place After Prior Information And Consent Of The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.6. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order At 48 Months And The Maximum At 60 Months In Accordance With The Adopted Offer Evaluation Criterion Warranty Period.7. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Facility Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. An On-Site Visit May Be Made
