The Subject Of The Task Is To Create And Equip The Conservation Workshop Of The Kalisz District Museum With Furniture And Equipment For The Conservation Of Movable Monuments At A Level Ensuring Appropriate Efficiency And Quality Of Conservation, While Maintaining Employee Safety Measures. The Procedure Is Divided Into Two Parts, Each Of Which Constitutes A Separate Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers For Two Parts. This Means That The Subject Of The Order Has Been Divided Into Two Separate Parts, And Contractors May Submit Offers For One Or Both Of Them. Part I - Delivery, Bringing, Assembly And Commissioning Of Equipment To The Conservation Workshop. Part I Includes The Following Equipment: 1. Ceramic Fume Hood – 1 Piece.2. X-Ray Spectrometer – 1 Piece.3. Abrasive Micro-Sandblaster And Exhaust Chamber With Nozzle And Sand – 1 Set.4. 3D Laser Scanner With Software – 1 Set.5. Air Dehumidifier – 1 Piece.6. Glass Grinder – 1 Piece.7. Glass Cutting Saw – 1 Piece.8. Ultrasonic Cleaner – 1 Piece.9. Desktop Computer With Office Software, Monitor, Keyboard And Mouse - 1 Set. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Part Of The Order Is Included In The Document Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task In The Scope Of Both Part I Of The Order And Part Ii, The Contractor/Contractors Are Required To: A) Deliver Equipment To The District Museum Of The Kalisz Region In Kalisz With Its Registered Office At Ul. Kościuszki 12 (62-800 Kalisz), B) As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Will Ensure Transport, Loading, Unloading, Carrying, Assembly, Setting In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Connection To The Installation And Commissioning Of Each Device, C) Providing: • An Operating Manual In Polish With A Description Of The Method Of Operation And Conditions For Maintaining The Warranty Of The Supplied Equipment, • Warranty Cards Confirming The Granting Of The Required Swz Warranty, • Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity Appropriate For The Given Equipment, D) The Devices Should Be: • Brand New, Complete, Ready For Operation And Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2023, • Delivered To The Ordering Party In Original Factory Packaging, The Storage Of Which By The Ordering Party Is Not Required To Maintain The Granted Warranty, • Approved For Trading And Use In The Eu, Which Should Be Confirmed By A Declaration Manufacturers Compliance And/Or Ce Marking Depending On The Device, • Identifiable By A Unique Serial Number Or In Another Way Provided By The Manufacturer, E) Training Max. 3 Employees Of The Ordering Party To Operate The Equipment - Applies Only To Part I.
