Part One Of The Order: Delivery Of Water Supply Fittings For Pgkim W Sandomierzu Sp. Z O. O. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The First Part Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Using An Option Based On Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Consists In Increasing The Quantity Of Water Supply Fittings Supplied With A Total Value Of Up To A Maximum Of 20% Of The Net Order Value Specified In The Contractors Offer Based On The Completed Price Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz (First Part). The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In The Event Of An Increase In Demand For Water Supply Fittings In Relation To The Assumptions Adopted In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (First Part). The Exercise Of The Option Will Be Subject To The Following Conditions And Requirements: 1) The Exercise Of The Option Will Require Submitting Such An Order To The Contractor In Electronic Form, 2) The Notification Will Be Made At Least 30 Days In Advance Of The Planned Implementation Date, 3) The Scope Of The Option Implementation Will Apply Only To The Subject Of The Order Priced In The Offer By The Contractor In The Price Form - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, 4) The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Based On The Price Calculation Indicated In The Price Form - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz.
