Task No. 1 Location - Plot No. 100/8 With An Area Of 0.7502 Ha, Lucim District, Koronowo Commune, Bydgoszcz District. Land And Mortgage Register – By1b/00202382/4. The Property Is Developed. Local Development Plan: Not Applicable. Study: - Conservation Protection Zone B, Functional And Spatial Zone B, Areas With A Fully Developed, Compact F.-P. Structure, For Adaptation And Additions. Scope Of Work: The Division Of Plot No. 100/8 Will Consist In Separating A Separate Plot Necessary For The Use Of A Two-Family Residential Building And A Farm Building. The Possible Need To Divide The Property Should Be Taken Into Account. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Preliminary Design Of The Division To The Ordering Party For Approval.
