The Subject Of The Order Is The Management Service Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Miedźna Commune With The Code 20 01 99 Ex - Ash From Household Fireplaces. The Management Of Waste With Code 20 01 99 Ex Ash From Home Combustion Chambers Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Environmental Protection Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended), The Waste Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). Amended), Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (I.E.: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), Provisions Of The Current Waste Management Plan For The Silesian Voivodeship, Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Miedźna Commune And Acts Amending Or Replacing Them, And Decisions Held By The Contractor.4. The Estimated Amount/Weight Of Waste To Be Managed During The Duration Of The Contract Is: 600 Mg.5. The Given Amount/Weight Of Waste Is An Estimate And Should Be Treated As Approximate, As It May Change Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party Related To Its Business. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount/Weight Of The Transferred Waste, However - Subject To The Next Sentence - The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. The Contractor Must Be Registered In The Register Of Entities Introducing Products, Products In Packaging And Managing Waste (Bdo) And Will Provide The Ordering Party With Information About The Individual Bdo Registration Number Assigned.7. The Contractor Must Have A Valid Permit For Waste Management Covered By The Order, I.E. For The Management (Processing And/Or Collection) Of Ash Waste From Domestic Furnaces With Code Ex 20 01 99 (Or Waste With Code 20 01 99 In General) In Accordance With The Waste Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). Or An Integrated Permit Issued Under The Environmental Protection Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended). The Annual Amount Of Waste Accepted For Management Resulting From The Decision Should Ensure The Possibility Of Collecting The Waste Covered By This Order Throughout The Entire Implementation Period.
