Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Aggregate For Municipal Roads In The Obrowo Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery To A Place Designated By The Ordering Party In The Obrowow Commune, Together With The Unloading Of: 1) Crushed Road Aggregate, Fraction 0-31.5 Mm, In An Amount Of Up To 6,000 Tons; 2) Crushed Road Aggregate, Fraction 0-64 Mm, In An Amount Up To 3,100 Tons.2. The Ordering Party Allows The Presence Of Up To 20% Of The Binding Mixture In The Above-Mentioned Aggregate Fraction.3. The Delivered Material Must Absolutely Not Contain Elements Hazardous To Road Users, Such As Metal Or Glass Elements Or Contamination In The Form Of Municipal Waste.4. Confirmation Of The Delivery Will Be The Proof Of Issue Of The Wz Issued Each Time By The Contractor For The Delivery Of Partial Orders.5. Deliveries Will Be Made According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Prior Notification To The Contractor (By Fax, E-Mail, Telephone). Readiness To Deliver A Minimum Of 250 Tons Per Day (During Office Opening Hours).6. The Instruction Should Be Completed No Later Than 5 Business Days (Or Shorter Depending On The Deadline Indicated In The Offer) From Its Submission, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, After Prior Notification To The Contractor (E-Mail, Telephone). During The Delivery, The Contractor Bears Full Civil And Legal Liability For Any Damage Caused To Third Parties Due To Improper Delivery.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Examine The Delivered Aggregate In Terms Of Quality And Quantity. 1) Aggregate Samples May Be Taken During Unloading By The Ordering Partys Employee In The Presence Of The Contractors Employee. The Collected Samples Will Be Delivered Immediately To The Laboratory. The Contractors Representative Has The Right To Participate In The Procedure Of Transporting And Submitting An Aggregate Sample To The Laboratory For Testing. A Finding In The Test Report That The Aggregate Sample Is Inconsistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Will Each Time Constitute The Basis For Charging The Contractor A Contractual Penalty.2) If The Weight Is Found To Be Inconsistent With The Wz Document, The Ordering Party Will Pay Only For The Actual Quantity Of Aggregate Delivered.
