The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of An Ophthalmic Operating Microscope Carried Out As Part Of The Received Targeted Subsidy For An Investment Project Called: Purchase Of An Ophthalmic Operating Microscope For The Needs Of The Ophthalmology Department Of The Provincial Specialist Hospital Of The Blessed Virgin Mary In Częstochowa.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form And In Appendix No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 4.
