Description Of The Subject Of The Order: It Is Required To Deliver And Install An Automatic Drinking Water Packaging Machine, Ensuring Packaging Of Tap Water In The Event Of A Crisis (War, Natural Disaster), But Also In The Event Of A Failure Of Water Supply Networks Or Other Emergency Situations. The Parcel Machine Will Ensure Water Distribution For People In Crisis Situations. In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 7, 2017 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2294), A Positive Hygienic Assessment Will Be Obtained For The Packaging Machine. Therefore, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, The Packaging Machine And Foil Should Have Valid Pzh Certificates Confirming The Possibility Of Packaging Water Intended For Human Consumption. The Water Packaging Machine Cannot Be A Prototype Product/Solution And Must Come From Mass Production. Serial Production Should Be Understood As A Repeatable Method Of Its Production Process, In Which Packing Machines Are Manufactured In Specific, Repeatable Series (Production Batches) And Should Be Characterized By: • Repeatability - Water Packing Machines Must Be Produced Many Times, In Series Of A Specific Size And Already Be Used In Other Water Treatment Plants • Have Developed Technical Documentation (Design, Construction And Execution), • Standardization - Processes, Materials And Technologies Should Be Established And Repeatable, • Planning - The Production Of Water Packaging Machines Must Take Place According To The Schedule And Orders.
