Surveying Services – Providing A Service Including Inventory/Updating Of Water Facilities In The City Of Sosnowiec. 1.1 Contractors May Apply For The Award Of The Contract If: 1.1.1. They Are Not Subject To Exclusion, 1.1.2. Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, If They Are Specified. 1.2 Pursuant To Art. 112 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Specifies The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings Regarding: 1.2.1. Ability To Enter Into Business Transactions - The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Any Condition For Participation In The Proceedings In This Respect; 1.2.2. Authorizations To Conduct Specific Business Or Professional Activities, Provided That This Results From Separate Regulations - The Ordering Party Does Not Formulate Any Condition For Participation In The Proceedings In This Respect; 1.2.3. Economic Or Financial Situation - The Ordering Party Does Not Establish Any Condition For Participation In The Proceedings In This Respect; 1.2.4. Technical Or Professional Capacity - The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Contractor Meets The Condition In Terms Of Technical Or Professional Capacity If The Contractor Demonstrates That: 1) He Has Duly Performed In The Last 3 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, And If The Period Of Running The Business Is Shorter - During This Period: A) At Least Two Services, Each Including A Surveying Inventory Together With Contributing To The Resource Surveying And Obtaining Positive Opinions From A Surveying Center, Stormwater Drainage Network And/Or Ditches And/Or Watercourses And/Or Open Channels, With A Total Length Of At Least 50 Km, B) At Least Two Services, Each Including The Development Of Concepts/Expertise/Analyses, In The Field Of Rainwater Management Using Blue And Green Infrastructure Solutions, With A Total Value Of Not Less Than Pln 800,000.00 Gross, Where The Value Of At Least One Service Cannot Be Less Than Pln 500,000.00 Gross, C) At Least Two Services, Each Including The Preparation Of Hydrodynamic Models For Linear Structures For The Drainage And Management Of Rainwater, D) At Least Two Services, Each Including The Development Of Concepts/Expert Opinions/Analyses Regarding The Shaping And/Or Construction And/Or Management Of Facilities Retention Ponds And/Or Water Reservoirs; 2) Will Assign To Carry Out The Order: A) A Specialist In Water Management Who Has Higher Education In The Field Of Hydrology Or Hydrogeology Or Water Management Or Water Engineering Or Water Melioration. This Person Should Have Experience In Developing Three Concepts/Expert Opinions/Analyses In The Field Of Rainwater Management. This Person Will Act As A Water Management Specialist. The Experience Of This Person Will Be Scored As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion: Experience Of A Water Management Specialist - Weight 10%; B) Nature Specialist Who Has Higher Education In Biology Or Botany Or Nature Conservation Or Forestry Or Horticulture. This Person Will Act As A Nature Specialist. This Person Should Have Experience In Three Vegetation Inventory Services. The Experience Of This Person Will Be Scored Under The Offer Evaluation Criterion: Special Experience
