Staszic School Complex No. 1, Together With The Construction Of The Seat Of The Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center At Ul. Promyka 24/26 In Pruszków. The Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law, The Public Procurement Law, Technical And Construction Regulations, Regulations On Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection, As Well As In Accordance With The Guidelines And Needs Of The Ordering Party Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex A To The Swz. Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Project Construction, Executive, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Bills Of Quantities Together With Investor Cost Estimates In 4 Copies In Paper Version, 1 In Electronic Version, 2) Obtaining All Legally Required And Necessary Decisions, Notifications, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Conditions, Etc., 3) Acting, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, In All Matters Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Including: Submitting A Notification And Obtaining Confirmation Of No Objection From The Architectural And Construction Authority / Obtaining A Valid Building Permit, 4) Cooperation With Public Administration Bodies And Network Operators, 5) Conducting Authors Supervision, Including: Participation In Construction Councils And Coordination Meetings, Clarifying Doubts Regarding The Design Documentation, Introducing Alternative Solutions (At The Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Contractor Of The Works Construction), Confirming Compliance Of Construction Works With Design Documentation.
