Chapter 3 Swzthe Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction And Renovation Of Rooms On The Second Floor Of The Main Building Of Sp Zoz In Łapy, Together With The Delivery Of An Anesthetic Column And Lamp For The Needs Of The Gynecological Department. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, In The Design And Construction Documentation Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Anesthesia Column And Lamp) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities, Annex No. 6A To The Swz Is Of An Auxiliary Nature And Cannot Be The Basis For Preparing An Offer. This Is An Information Document Intended To Help The Contractor Prepare An Auxiliary Cost Estimate Divided Into Tasks.
