Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of Residential Premises No. 4 In The Building At Ul. Piłsudskiego 81, And Renovation Of Residential Premises No. 4 Along With Renovation Of The Ceiling Under The Premises In The Building At Ul. Niepodległości 175 In Wałbrzych

1) Task No. 1 - Renovation Of Residential Premises No. 4 In The Building Located At Ul. Piłsudskiego 81 In Wałbrzych In The Design-Build System, Under Which The Concept Agreed With The Ordering Party Should Be Prepared, And Then, On Its Basis, Design Documentation Should Be Prepared, And Then The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Should Obtain All Consents, Arrangements And Decisions Allowing For The Proper Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law And Other Regulations. In The Event That The Scope Renovation Work In The Premises Does Not Require Either A Building Permit Or Notification To The Relevant Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, The Design Documentation Should Include An Appropriate Statement From An Authorized Person. Then, The Contractor Will Carry Out Construction Works On The Basis Of The Documentation Prepared By Him. This Task Has Been Divided Into The Following Two Stages: Stage I: 1) Preparation Of A Concept - Includes: A) Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Concept - 1 Copy Of The Paper Version + 1 Copy Of The Electronic Version 2) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Renovation Of A Residential Premises, Including: A) A Complete Multi-Sector Construction Design - 4 Copies Of The Paper Version + 1 Copy In The Electronic Version, B) Performing All Formal And Legal Activities In Order To Prepare, Submit And Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Applications Along With The Necessary Attachments For Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Or Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 30 Of The Construction Law (Including Obtaining The Opinion Of A Conservator Of Monuments), C) Preparation Of Detailed Designs For All Necessary Industries - 3 Copies, D) Bills Of Quantities - 3 Copies + 1 Copy In An Editable Electronic Version (*Pdf, *Ath, *Xls) Regarding The Renovation Of The Apartment; E) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - 3 Copies, 3) Carrying Out Authors Supervision As Part Of The Task Being Subject Of This Order. All Works Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Must Be Included In The Concept And Design Documentation.
