1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Four Office Rooms And One Courtroom In The Building Of The District Court In Pleszew At Ul. Malińska 21. The Main Works Planned In The Building Are Related To: 1) Repainting The Rooms, Which Means Getting Rid Of The Old Paint Coating By Sanding Or Scraping It, Then Smoothing Any Irregularities And Painting Twice With Latex Paint; Replacement Of Locally Cracked Plasters With Embedding Of The Rabitz Mesh, Inserting All Electrical And Telecommunications Cables Into The Wall, 2) Replacing Some Floor Coverings (Carpet, Pvc) And Replacing Wall Plinths, 3) Replacing Lighting, Sockets And Electrical Connectors, 4) Replacing Ventilation Grilles, 5) Renovating Wooden Elements Of Window Sills, Which Involves Involves Filling In Any Gaps In The Material, Sanding Off The Old Paint Coating And Re-Varnishing It Twice.2. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance. 3.
