The Functional And Utility Program Specifies The Type And Scope Of Works Necessary To Be Performed As Part Of The Construction In The Indicated Scope.4. The Subject Of The Order Is, In Accordance With The Ffu: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation, Which Is To Consist Of: A) Preparation Of A Complete Architectural And Construction Design In Four Copies - For The Purpose Of Obtaining A 3Gz Building Permit. + 1 Copy Inwestorab) Preparation Of A Complete Construction Executive (Technical) Design In Four Copies, Including: - Design Of The Architectural And Construction Industry, - Design Of The Sanitary Industry (Heating, Ventilation), - Design Of The Electrical And Lighting Installation, Including The Emergency And Evacuation System (If Necessary) And Lightning Protection, - Other Studies That May Arise In The Course Of Design Work2) Execution Of Construction Works - Assembly, Finishing And Installation Related To The Construction/Reconstruction Of The Described Facility - Completed With The Legal And Actual Handover Of The Facility To The Ordering Party For Use,3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Perform The Tasks Indicated In The Fup, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Projects, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Consents And Decisions, And To Perform All Required Actions Required By The Decisions, Technical Conditions, Etc.
