The Subject Of The Contract Is A Construction Project Called Development Of The Area Around The Reservoir In Sidra: Construction Of An Administration And Cloakroom Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Task Includes: - Construction Of An Administration And Cloakroom Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure (Underground Electrical Installation, Water Supply And Sanitary Sewage) And With The Designed Paved Area For Roads And Accesses With Slopes Towards The Investors Own Area, - Construction Of Small Architectural Objects: 20 Beach Changing Rooms And Recreational Benches, - Construction Of An Underground Tank For Fire Protection Purposes With A Capacity 100M³. The Scope Of Work And The Contractors Responsibility Within The Scope Of The Proposed Offer Price Also Includes: 1) Ensuring Construction Management Of The Works By Persons With Appropriate Construction Qualifications; 2) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Documents And Meeting All Requirements Allowing The Facility To Be Commissioned And Used, As Well As Submitting The Necessary Notifications Before The Commencement Of Works, In Accordance With The Construction Law; 3) Organization And Management Of Construction Facilities; 4) Ensuring Safe Conditions For Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of Works; 5) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances At Your Own Expense, As Well As Preparing Acceptance Documentation For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract; 7) Ongoing Surveying Services For The Construction Of The Entire Scope Covered By The Order, Starting From Marking Out, As Well As Preparing A Post-Construction Surveying Inventory Of The Completed Scope Covered By The Order; 8) After Completion Of The Works, Liquidation Of The Construction Facilities And Tidying Up The Area. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation (Appendix No. 1). The Studies Of Works Presented In The Detailed Technical Documentation And In The Bills Of Quantities Are The Starting And Supporting Material For The Contractor To Prepare The Offer That Is The Subject Of The Order.
