Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel For The Needs Of Mosir In Bukowno

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Delivery Including The Purchase And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services For The Needs Of Mosir In Bukowno.2. Estimated Consumption Is Specified In Annex 3.3. The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Delivered To The Consumption Point During The Term Of The Contract Is Estimated At 297,850 Kwh. The Above Gas Volume Value Is An Estimate And May Change. In The Event Of A Difference Between Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Used. The Possible Deviation Of The Volume From The Basic Demand Is +/- 20%.4. The Current Comprehensive Agreement Is Valid Until December 31, 2025. 5. The Supplied Natural Gas Should Meet Legal Requirements And Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As The Act Of February 16, 2007 On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas, And The Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To The Fuel Security Of The State And Disruptions In The Oil Market6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure, Based On A Separate Power Of Attorney Granted. (If Applicable).7. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order.8. The Contractor Should Have A Current Contract With The Distribution System Operator (Unless He Is An Operator Himself), Operating On The Premises Of The Ordering Party And Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Via The Distribution Network To Consumption Points.9. Currently, The Sale Of Gas Fuel For The Customers Needs Is Based On A Comprehensive Agreement With Pgnig Obrót Detaliczny Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warszawa.10. The Distribution System Operator Is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. Branch In Zabrze.
