The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For The Modernization Of The Water Treatment Technological Installation With Deposits, As Well As The Replacement And Installation Of Damaged Filters And Fittings For The Following Circuits: Shower Tray And Massage Bathtubs (Whirlpools) In The Aquasfera Water Recreation And Sports Center In Olsztyn, Al. Piłsudskiego 69B. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Documents: A) Technological Design; B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; C) Drawings; D) Bill Of Quantities (The Bill Of Quantities Attached By The Ordering Party Is An Auxiliary Element For The Valuation Of The Order), E) Changes In The Documents Entitled Technological Design. Swimming Pool Water Treatment Installation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Swimming Pool Water Technology Installation, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Documentation.3. The Following Scope Of Work Is Expected: A) Removal Of The Filter Bed; B) Dismantling Of Existing Filters Along With Pipelines And Fittings; C) Delivery And Installation Of Devices (Filters) For The Treatment Of Swimming Pool Water; D) Delivery Of The Sand Bed And Filling It With New Filters (Massage Bathtubs); E) Backfilling The Shower Tray Filter With A Filter Bed - Using The Existing Shower Tray Bed After Disinfection Or A New Bed, Depending On The Contractors Decision; F) Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Pipelines With The Planned Fittings; G) Tightness Tests Of Individual Parts Of The Installation; H) Start-Up Of The Technological Installation; I) Staff Training; J) Preparation Of Instructions Servicing; K) Providing As-Built Documentation Along With Technical And Operational Documentation Of Individual Devices.4. The Delivered Devices Must Comply With The Documents Indicated In Point 2 And Be Devices: A) Brand New, Not Previously The Subject Of Exhibitions Or Exhibitions, Not Showing Any Traces Of Use, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Technically Functional, Without External Defects, Complete And Ready For Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose; B) Not Subject To Third Party Rights, Free From Defects Physical And Legal, Of Good Quality, Coming From The Manufacturers Legal Distribution Channel And Approved For Distribution And Use In Poland; C) Consistent With The Conditions Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions And Standards And Quality Standards Applicable In The Industry For This Type Of Devices; D) Having All Legally Required Certificates, Approvals And Permits Authorizing Their Use; E) Having Full Documentation And Accessories Necessary For Use, I.E. In Particular: Operation And Maintenance Manual, Declaration Of Conformity, Warranty Conditions And A Document Specifying The Technical Inspection Schedule, All Prepared In Polish. Accessories Are Understood As All Devices Necessary For Proper Current Operation; If The Accessories Require Permanent Installation
