1. The Subject Of The Order Is: - Development Of Technical Documentation For The Bicycle Path At The Railway Crossing Along The District Road No. 1029F Ul. Kochanowskiego In Niedoradz, - Obtaining A Valid And Final Permit / Notification Of Works Along With All Necessary Arrangements / Permit For The Implementation Of The Zrid Road Investment. Design Documentation For A Bicycle Path Should Be Prepared To Enable Safe Passage Of Bicycles And Pedestrians Through The Railway Crossing On The Wrocław - Szczecin Line, Including The Intersection Of Ul. Kochanowskiego And Dworcowa In Niedoradz. The Completed Path Has A Discontinuity Of Approximately 80 Meters. The Documentation Should Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Concept Agreed With Pkp. The Current Condition Threatens The Safety Of Cyclists And Pedestrians. The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Is Not Possible Without Safely Including The Crossing Area Into The Rebuilt District Road 1029F. Preparing The Design Documentation Involves Eliminating This Discontinuity And Widening The Railway Crossing With A Bicycle Path In Order To Separate The Traffic Of Cars From Cyclists. The Crossing Will Be Widened From Its Current Width Of 8.7 M To 11.5 M. Widening The Crossing Requires Adding Reinforced Concrete Slabs (Typical Railway Surface) On Both Sides Of The Existing Crossing, Extending Two Strips Of Bituminous Surface Between The Tracks, Extending And Moving The Barriers, Moving Railway Signals And Lighting The Crossing And The Intersection. In Addition, Pedestrian Crossings Should Be Designed, Which Will Allow For The Separation Of Car, Pedestrian And Bicycle Traffic On Separate Routes. The Railway Crossing Area Should Be Incorporated Into The Road And Bicycle Path Towards Zatonie On The One Hand And To The Intersection Of Dworcowa And Kochanowskiego Streets On The Other. This Solution Will Ensure The Continuity Of The Bicycle Path And The Safety Of Cyclists.
