Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trade For The Field Branch Of The National Agricultural Support Center In Szczecin

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving, Delivering And Returning Postal Items, Together With The Service Of Collecting Postal Items Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Price Form, And Other Parcels Provided By The Contractor And Not Listed In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, In Accordance With The Contractors Price List In Force On The Date Of Posting, To The Local Branch National Agricultural Support Center In Szczecin And The Local Sections Subordinated To The Ordering Party. Parcels Sent By The Ordering Party Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To Any Place In The Country And Abroad, To The Given Address Or Post Office Box Address, In Compliance With The Rules And Conditions For Effective And Timely Delivery Of Letters Specified In The Applicable Provisions, Subject To The Second And Third Sentences Of This Point. In The Case Of Parcels To Be Delivered In Ukraine, The Ordering Party Indicates That It Accepts The Fact That It Will Not Be Possible To Deliver The Parcel In Areas Affected By Military Operations. As For The Delivery Of Parcels To Russia, Due To The Suspension Of Parcel Deliveries To This Country By Poczta Polska S.A. In Warsaw Until This Entity Resumes Delivering Parcels To Russia, The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Resolution Of These Proceedings Will Not Include The Obligation To Deliver Parcels Within The Territory Of Russia. The Ordering Party Informs That The Types And Number Of Shipments Specified In Annex No. 1A As Part Of The Services Provided Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. By Entering The Tender, The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Quantitative And Type Changes During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Types Of Shipments, Returns, Postal Parcels, Their Weight Ranges And Envelope Sizes Were Developed By The Ordering Party Based On Previous Experience In The Field Of Postal Services Provided By The Current Contractor. The Parcels Sent By The Ordering Party Will, In The Case Of Notification, Be Collected By The Addressees At Properly Marked Permanent Offices Of The Contractor Located In Each Commune In The Country Or In A Neighboring Commune. In The Case Of Shipments Abroad, The Contractor Will Provide Services In Accordance With The Internal Regulations In Force In A Given Country And Specified In International Postal Legal Acts.
