1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Winter Camp For Children From Family And Institutional Foster Care Combined With Workshops Developing Interpersonal Skills - Participants Of The Project Support And Development Of Family Foster Care In The Lidzbark County. 2) The Subject Of The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts And Includes The Organization Of A Trip: Winter Camp For 28 People - School-Age Children And Youth From Family And Institutional Foster Care, In One 10-Day Stay (9 Nights). Rest Date: From January 19, 2026 To January 30, 2026. Rest Location: Within 300 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce/Increase The Number Of Camp Participants, And The Final Amount Of Remuneration Will Be Determined Based On The Actual Number Of People Participating In The Camp. The Value Of The Order Will Be The Product Of The Number Of People Actually Participating In The Holiday And The Gross Price Of Organizing The Camp For 1 Person Provided By The Contractor. If The Number Of Children And Teenagers Registering To Participate In The Winter Camp Is Insufficient To Achieve The Purpose Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Withdraw From The Contract, Without Any Claims For Damages From The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Occurrence Of Such A Situation Up To 5 Days Before The Planned Camp. The Services Should Be Provided With Due Diligence And Maintaining The Highest Standards. Due To The Fact That The Order Concerns Work With Children And Youth, In Accordance With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Execution Of The Order By A Person Listed In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators.
