The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns To The District Office In Aleksandrów Kujawski For A Period Of 24 Months. 2. The Subject Of The Order Covers The Following Scope: A) Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The County Office In Aleksandrów Kujawski, In The Scope Of Accepting, Sorting, Moving And Delivering Letter Post Items Weighing Up To 2000G And Parcels Weighing Up To 10 Kg, Based In Particular On The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366 As Amended) And Implementing Acts To This Act, B) Delivery Of Postal Items By The Contractor To Each Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Republic Of Poland, And Outside The Country To Countries Included In The List Included In The Price List Of Universal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trade, Approved By The President Of The Office Of Electronic Communications And Made Available On The Website Of The Office Of Electronic Communications At: Https://Bip.Uke.Gov.Pl/Cenniki-Uslug-Powszechnych/, C) Return To The Ordering Party Of Undelivered Parcels And Confirmation Of Receipt.
