Tenders Are Invited For Chimney Inspections Of Residential Buildings Located In The Grójec Commune.

1) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Undertake To Perform Chimney Inspections In Selected Residential Buildings Located In The City And Commune Of Grójec, 2) Each Inspection Will Include The Following Scope: Checking The Patency And Tightness Of Chimney Flues, Checking The Correctness Of Connections, Checking The Chimney Draft Of Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts, Examining The Technical Condition Of Chimneys Above The Roof, Assessing Any Irregularities That May Impact The Risk To Buildings And Users.3) The Contractor Will Prepare Appropriate Inspection Reports In The Ceeb Database And Provide A Report From Each Inspection To The Grójec Commune And City Office.4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Inspections In Accordance With The Principles Of Environmental Protection, Applicable Standards And Applicable Legal Provisions. 5) Chimney Sweep Inspections Will Be Performed In The Grójec Commune. 6) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use Markings On Documents Consistent With The Fe Applicant And Beneficiary Manual For 2021-2027 Regarding Information And Promotion. 7) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Complete The Entire Order By December 15, 2025. 8) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit Collective Inspection Reports To The End Of Each Month To The Grójec Commune And City Office.9) Building Addresses And Inspection Dates Will Be Agreed With The Employers Representative (Eco-Advisor - Mrs. Paulina Sobczak). 10) If The Need For The Presence Of An Eco-Advisor During The Inspection Is Reported, The Contractor Will Make It Possible.11) Estimated Number Of Planned Chimney Inspections In 2025 - 50 Pieces.12) The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Number Of Chimney Inspections Actually Carried Out.
