1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, Commissioning And Configuration Of 2 Hospital Defibrillators For The Specialist Hospital. Stanisław Staszic In Piła (User) With Parameters Specified In Annex No. 8 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Conducting Training In The Use Of The Supplied Equipment For Approximately 20 Employees Of The Specialist Hospital. Stanisław Staszic In Piła (User), On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party.2. Defibrillators And All Components Used In Their Construction Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unrefurbished, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Has Identical Parameters, Is Manufactured By The Same Manufacturer And Has The Same Type, Model, Manufacturer, Country Of Origin And Year Of Production.4. The User Of The Subject Of The Order Under A Separately Concluded Agreement Will Be The Specialist Hospital. Stanisław Staszic In Piła.5.
