Salt, Sand, Making Mixtures) - The Contractors Own Task Not Subject To Separate Payment, - Running A Service Office Az (With A 24-Hour Telephone Line), - Collecting Information On The Condition Of The Road Surface, Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths On Roads Managed By The Śrem Commune (E.G. Municipal Guard, Police, Municipal Office, Village Heads), - Contacting Az Managers On Behalf Of The Śrem Municipal Office In Doubtful Situations As To The Method Of Operation, - Keeping Time Sheets For Equipment And Employees, - Settling Accounts. And Invoicing Of Work Performed. 2) Handling The Winter Action Consisting Of: - Having An Appropriate Number Of Employees And Specialized Equipment, Including At Least One Snow Plow For Clearing Snow From The Road, - Carrying Out Work In The First System In The Field Of Snow Removal Within Up To 4 Hours From The Moment Of Rainfall, And Removing Black Ice Within Up To 3 Hours From The Moment Of Leaving The Roads, Streets, Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths On Roads In Management Of The Śrem Commune, As Well As From Public Transport Stops In The City And Commune Of Śrem, - Carrying Out Work In The Second System In The Field Of Snow Removal Within 8 Hours From The Moment Of Rainfall, And Removing Black Ice Within Up To 6 Hours From The Moment Of Leaving The Roads Managed By The Śrem Commune, - Carrying Out Winter Road Maintenance In The Order According To The I And Ii Systems In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract, - Conducting Winter Maintenance Of Sidewalks, Including Bicycle Paths (If There Are Any On The Sidewalk Section) According To The List In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement,
