Part 1: Electronics The Order Includes The Delivery Of: Laptops, Speakers, Interactive Monitors, Monitor Mounts, Mobile Monitor Base, 3 D Printer, Voice Recorders, Headphones, Computer Mice, Interactive Floor, Dance Mat, Etc. The Projects Assumption Is To Adapt Pre-School Education Places For Children With Disabilities. An Essential Element Is The Adaptation Of All Spaces In The Kindergarten. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract For Individual Parts, Which Constitute: Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Including Requirements Regarding The Properties Of Materials, Requirements Regarding The Method Of Execution And Assessment Of The Correctness Of The Work, And Important Provisions Of The Contract. The Documents Mentioned And All Other Annexes Constitute An Integral Part Of The Proceedings And The Contract. All Aids And Materials Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be: A) Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, B) Complete And Ready For Use In Accordance With Their Educational Purpose. C) Without Traces Of Use And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties. The Delivered Item Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality And Approved For Trading. Moreover, No Element Or Any Of Its Components May Be Reconditioned, Post-Exhibition Or Previously Used By Another Entity. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Used, Refurbished, Damaged, Demonstration Or Exhibition Products: In The Case Of Electronic Equipment: A) It Must Be Delivered With The Necessary Software (If Applicable), Operating Instructions In Polish And Equipment Consistent With The Description, B) The Warranty Cannot Be Shorter Than That Indicated In The Opz. All Products Offered Must: A) Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular In Terms Of Safety And Marketing Authorization In The European Union B) Have Certificates, Attestations Or Declarations Of Conformity Required For A Given Type Of Product (E.G. Ce, Rohs, En-71, Eu Declaration Of Conformity), C) In The Case Of Teaching Aids Intended For Children - Meet The Safety Standards Of Toys And Educational Materials (Including Pn-En Or Equivalent), D) Comply With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz). The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order In Its Entirety And The Materials Used, As Well As For The Performance Of All Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order And For The Persons Or Entities With Whose Help The Contractor Performs His Duties Or To Whom He Entrusts Their Performance.
