The Price Includes Delivery To The Indicated Place, Training In Operation And Trial Run.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.10.1. The Required Warranty And Service Period For The Delivered Item Is 12 Months. 10.2. The Warranty And Service Periods Are Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract.10.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Warranty Documents No Later Than On The Date Of Acceptance. 10.4. Details Of The Warranty Conditions Are Set Out In Annex No. 4 To The Swz Important Contractual Provisions.
