A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Shown And Described In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2), The Parameter Card (Appendix No. 2A) And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 3), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Purchase (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz). The Contractual Conditions For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement In Question Are Included In The Contract Template, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz.
