The Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of An Operating Microscope, In Accordance With The Technical Requirements Specified In These Terms Of Order, Along With Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation And Operation Of The Device.2. The Operating Microscope Offered By The Contractor Must: 1) Have Valid Documents Authorizing The Product To Be Placed On The Market And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 974, As Amended), 2) Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Terms Of Reference, In Particular The Conditions Specified In The Annex No. 2 - Required Technical Parameters, 3) Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Fully Technically Functional, Not From An Exhibition, Not Regenerated Or In A Demo Version, 4) Be Manufactured In 2024 Or 2025, 5) Have A Manufacturers Warranty For A Period Of At Least 36 Months, 6) Meet The Applicable Quality And Technical Standards Resulting From Its Intended Use, 7) Be Free From Material And Construction Defects, Physical And Legal,8) Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Third Party Rights3. The Offered Subject Matter Of The Order Must Be Complete With All Components, Parts And Materials Necessary For Commissioning And Use. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.4. The Description Of The Offered Product Should Not Raise Any Doubts For The Ordering Party. The Description Should Indicate That The Offered Subject Of The Order Has The Same Parameters As Required By The Ordering Party Or Better, By Precisely Indicating The Parameters Of The Offered Equipment.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In This Tor And: A) Annex No. 2 - Required Technical Parameters, B) Annex No. 3 - Draft Contract.
