The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Waste Management Services According To The Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes. Waste Management Means The Collection And Disposal Of Waste Of Various Types In The Amount And Frequency Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Agreement - Appropriation Budget. If The Client Does Not Use Its Own Collection Containers For Waste, The Supplier Will Provide The Client With Appropriate Collection Containers For Municipal Waste, Paper, Plastics, Glass, Biological And Biodegradable Waste And Metals. The Rental Price Will Be Included In The Total Prices Listed In Annex No. 1 Of The Contract. The Supplier Is Obliged To Empty The Collection Containers On The Agreed Collection Day. If The Regular Pick-Up Falls On A Non-Working Day, The Supplier Will Carry Out The Collection On The First Working Day Following The Non-Working Day. The Moment Of Transfer Of Ownership Of The Waste, Which Is Handled On The Basis Of This Contract, From The Contracting Party To The Supplier, Is The Moment When The Waste Is Taken Over By The Supplier. At The Moment Of Transfer Of Ownership Of The Waste, Responsibility For The Proper Transport And Final Use (Or Removal) Of The Waste Passes To The Supplier. The Supplier Undertakes To Perform The Agreed Services Under This Contract In Accordance With All Binding Applicable Standards, In Particular Legal Regulations, In Accordance With Good Morals, As Well As In Accordance With Generally Recognized Knowledge Of Science And Technology According To His Best Knowledge And Conscience, With Regard To The Environment, Society And The Good Name Of The Client. The Client Is Entitled, In Cases Where He Has Exceptionally Large Amounts Of Waste At One Time, To Deposit It In A Marked Bag Next To The Collection Container, The Supplier Is Obliged To Accept This Waste As Well. This Does Not Apply To Cases Where The Supplier Will Take Over The Waste Directly In Bags From The Client, See The Annex To The Contract. The Suppliers Services Also Include Cleaning The Place Where The Waste Container Is Ready For Collection, Cleaning The Road At The Place Where The Waste Container Is Dumped Into The Vehicle, Returning The Waste Container Back To Its Place After It Has Been Dumped. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide The Client With An Adequate Number Of Containers For The Collection Of Glass, Paper, Plastic, Mixed Municipal Waste, Biological Waste And Metals, If The Client Requests Them.
