Program, Including Detailed Verification Of The Correctness Of The Adopted Improvement Scenarios In The Context Of The Base Scenario (Including The Selection Of Heat Sources And Renewable Energy Sources) And Calculations Of Ecological Effects (Especially Savings: Primary Energy, Reduction Of Greenhouse Gas Emissions And Correctness Of Spbt Calculation), Presented In The Ecological And Technical Annex, And An Expert Assessment Of The Fulfillment Of Criteria 1-4 Of The Program Priority. 2. Scope Of The Order The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Following Activities: 2.1. Analyzes Of The Horizontal Structure And Provisions Of The Priority Program Energy-Saving Construction. Formal And Substantive Verification Of Applications For Co-Financing (On A Selected Sample Of Applications) In Terms Of The Correctness Of The Recruitment Process And Assessment Of Applications For Co-Financing (Wod) In The Program And The Recruitment Procedure Based On Internal And External Regulations (Environmental Protection Law, U.F.P., Recruitment Regulations, Priority Program, Procedure Manual). 2.3. Formal And Substantive Verification Of Co-Financing Agreements (On A Selected Sample Of Co-Financing Agreements) Based On The Current Ecological And Technical Annex And The Current Material And Financial Schedule (Hrf) (In The Context Of The Presented Data From The Co-Financing Application, Which Received A Positive Assessment, Including Requests For Changes To The Agreement Or Final Settlement).
