1. Description Of The Subject Of The Proceedings And Order: 1.1 Detailed Description: A) Tariff Group C22b: A. Number Of Energy Collection Points - 1B. Expected Energy Consumption During The Contract Period - 12 Months. Energy In The Day Zone - 488 Mwhd. Energy In The Night Zone - 122 Mwhe. The Ordering Party Informs That The Above-Mentioned Collection Points Are Currently Billed In The C22b Tariff. The Connections Are Equipped With Billing Systems Enabling The Measurement Of Active And Reactive Energy In Two Time Zones. Due To The Above, After The Tender Is Resolved, The Ordering Party Intends To Receive Energy In The C22b Tariff. B) The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 226, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts To This Act. C) The Contractor Applying For The Order Must Have A Contract With Distribution System Operator Enabling The Sale Of Electricity Via The Distribution Network Of The Osd Branch In Tarnów To The Ordering Partys Facilities. D) Metering And Billing Systems In Groups B Are Adapted To The Tpa Principle. E) The Ordering Party Allows Signing The Contract By Correspondence Or In Electronic Form. F) The Ordering Party Will Provide The Necessary Data To Carry Out The Switch Of The Supplier In The Electronic Excel Version Immediately After Selection Of The Contractor.G) The Ordering Party Has Legal Title To The Facilities Included In The Conducted Procedure.H) During The Validity Period, The Contractor Will Supply Electricity In An Amount Corresponding To The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Estimated Forecast Of Its Consumption.I) The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Electricity By The Ordering Party.J) The Ordering Party Informs That The Supplier Change Procedure Will Take Place Once Again.K) The Existing Contract Is Concluded With Synergia Polska Energia From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025.L) The Ordering Party Will Grant An Appropriate Power Of Attorney To Submit The Concluded Electricity Sales Contract To The Dso On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And To Perform The Activities Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Process With The Dso According To The Template Commonly Used By Contractor.
