Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services For Elderly And Disabled People At Their Place Of Residence In The City And Commune Of Stęszew From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision In The Period From January 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2026 Care Services For People Receiving Social Assistance, Usually Unable To Live Independently, Who, Due To Age, Disability Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People.2. Care Services Are Granted In Accordance With Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended).3. Care Services Will Be Provided To The Persons Under Their Care At Their Place Of Residence Or Stay In The City And Commune Of Stęszew, Entitled To This Form Of Assistance.4. Services Will Be Provided From Monday To Friday, And In Individual Cases Also On Saturday, Sunday, Holidays And Public Holidays From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. One Hour Of Services Is Equal To One Clock Hour, I.E. 60 Minutes. The Time Required To Provide The Service Does Not Include The Time Needed To Travel To Or Reach The Recipients Home.5. The Number Of People Covered By Care Services Is Estimated At Approximately 30 People Per Month.6. The Expected Number Of Care Hours Is Estimated At Approximately 12,000 Hours During The Entire Period Of Providing Care Services.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Above-Mentioned Data On An Ongoing Basis (Point 5 And Point 6). The Number Of Hours Is An Estimate And May Change Because It Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health Condition And Life Situation Of People Requiring Help. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, Including Payment Of Compensation For Reducing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, And This Cannot Be The Basis For Refusing To Perform The Order.8. Care Services Should Be Understood As Services That Include Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care Recommended By A Doctor, Nursing And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment.9. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Such As: • Assistance In Dressing, • Keeping The Apartment Of The Person Receiving Assistance Clean (Taking Out Garbage), • Reporting Repairs To Home Appliances, • Calling A Doctor In Situations Requiring His Intervention Or Filling Prescriptions, • Making Purchases With Or Without The Patients Participation, • Handling Necessary Official Matters (Post Office, Bank, Administration), • Ironing, • Washing The Patients Personal Underwear, • Washing Or Carrying And Collecting Bed Linen And Clothes To And From The Laundry, • Bringing Or Preparing Meals, Taking Into Account The Diet Recommended By The Doctor, Feeding And Cleaning After Meals, • Lighting The Stove, Bringing Fuel, And Water If Necessary.
