The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Mobile Water Treatment Plant With A Capacity Of Min. 1,500 Liters/Hour For The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For The City Of Zabrze Intended For The Production Of Drinking Water In The Event Of Natural Disasters Or Water Supply Failures In The Amount Of 1 Pc. 2. The Minimum Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 36 Months.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Concluded Contract.4. The Contractor Is Entirely Responsible For The Quality Of Work Included In The Task And For The Safety Of Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order.5. All Materials, Labor, Equipment, Devices, Etc. Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order Are Provided By The Contractor.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Part Iii Of The Swz.
