A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.3. All Equipment Must Have Complete Appropriate Wiring Necessary To Run The Individual Devices.4. All Elements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Must Constitute An Integral Part Of The Devices. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Configuring The Equipment Using External Elements, Except When The Description Of The Item Clearly Indicates It.5. Detailed Terms Describing The Subject Of The Order Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, E.G. Names Of Suppliers, Manufacturers, Materials, Goods, Devices, References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Certificates Or Other Elements Of The Order, Do Not Mean That They Must Be Offered. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.6. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate/Document That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
