Scope Of The Order The Scope Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Sewage Sludge: - 19 08 05 (Stabilized Sludge) In The Amount Of 1,700 Mg/Year - 19 08 01 (Screenings) In The Amount Of 25 Mg/Year - 19 08 02 (Content Of Sand Traps - Sand) - In The Amount Of 35 Mg/Year, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Act Of December 14, 2012 Year On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Items 1587, 1597, 1688, 1852, 2029, Of 2024, Items 1834, 1911, 1914.) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015 On Municipal Sewage Sludge (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 257) And Other Related Implementing Acts. A) The Scope Of The Order Was Estimated Based On The Amount Of Sludge Generated Over The Last 12 Months, Taking Into Account A 10% Increase In Sewage Inflow. The Actual Scope Of The Order May Change And Will Be Determined Based On The Actual Amount Of Waste Generated And Managed. B) The Contractor Should Have Valid Decisions To Conduct Business Activities Within The Scope Of The Order (I.E. Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste) For Waste With The Code: 19 08 01, 19 08 02, 19 08 05. The Participation Of A Contractor Who Does Not Have A Permit For Waste Processing, But Has Contracts With Installations That Have Appropriate Decisions, Is Allowed. C) The Contractor Should Have A Document Confirming The Proper Performance Of The Service In The Minimum Amount Indicated In The Procedure (E.G. References, Certificate Of Proper Performance Of The Service, Etc.). D) The Contractor Undertakes To Manage The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Waste With The Code: 19 08 05, 19 08 01 And 19 08 02, Using The R3, R5 And D5 Methods Both In The Summer And Winter Period, Which Means: Transport By Cars To Recovery Or Disposal Sites And Recovery Or Disposal In Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 O Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 295), Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2556), Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015. On The Use Of Municipal Sewage Sludge (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 23), Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of June 10, 2020 On The Operation Of The Database On Products And Packaging And Waste Management And Other Related Implementing Acts. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Load The Waste. E) The Contractor Should Present A Document Confirming The Possibility Of Managing The Estimated Amount Of Sludge Required And Indicated In The Proceedings By The Municipal Services Plant In Górno, In Order To Properly Secure The Performance Of The Service. F) Place Of Waste Collection: Wastewater Treatment Plant In Cedzyna And Skorzeszyce, 26-008 Górno. G) Sewage Sludge Will Be Collected In A Container Owned By The Contractor With A Minimum Capacity Of 10 M3 And Dimensions Not Exceeding: Length 5.60 M, Width 2.45 M, Height 1.80 M, Enabling
