General Characteristics Winter Road Maintenance Is Work Aimed At Reducing Or Limiting Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Atmospheric Factors Such As Snowfall And Winter Slipperiness. Its Aim Is To Maintain Road Passability, Reduce Or Limit Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Atmospheric Factors (Snowfall, Black Ice, Freezing Rain, Etc.), And Conduct Winter Operations Day And Night, On Working Days And Holidays, In Various Weather Conditions.
