Bulldozers – Delivery Of A Crawler Bulldozer In The Form Of Operational Leasing With A Purchase Option For The Needs Of Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. In Konin. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Crawler Bulldozer In The Form Of Operational Leasing With A Purchase Option, Meeting Applicable European Standards In The Field Of Occupational Safety. In The Classification Of Fixed Assets, The Ordering Party Classified The Subject Of The Order As A Machine For Earthworks And Foundation Works With The Symbol 580. 2. The Crawler Bulldozer Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Be New (Year Of Production - Not Older Than 2025), Fully Operational And Free From Defects That Prevent It From Being Used As Intended. 3. The Required Technical Parameters And Equipment Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Form: Technical Parameters And Equipment - Column 2 Of The Table). 4. Terms Of Operational Leasing A) Duration Of The Leasing Agreement: 5 Years (60 Months). B) Variable Monthly Leasing Installments In Accordance With The Schedule (Lease Installment Means An Installment With A Variable Interest Rate During The Term Of The Leasing Agreement, Wibor3m). C) Initial Fee Of 20% Of The Net Value Of The Leased Item - Is Not Treated As An Installment (Payable Within 10 Days Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Premises Of Mzgok). D) After The Expiry Of The Leasing Period, The Ordering Party May Purchase The Leased Item. E) Redemption Value Of 1% Of The Net Value Of The Leased Item, Payable After The Duration Of The Leasing Agreement (After Paying The Last Leasing Installment And Provided That All Receivables Under The Leasing Agreement Are Repaid). F) Handling Fee – 0%. G) Vat Calculated At The Current Rate For Each Leasing Installment. H) Insurance – The Ordering Party Requires Insurance Of The Crawler Bulldozer Throughout The Entire Period Of The Leasing Contract. Insurance On The Contractors Side, Financed On The Basis Of A Separate Invoice (Not Included In The Leasing Installments) 5. The Contractors Obligations And Detailed Conditions Required For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Important Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 6. Detailed Warranty And Service Conditions Are Specified In Point Iv Of The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
