The Certificates For Care Provided (In The Form Of Booklets And Continuous Forms) And The Compliance Slips Are One Of The Key Elements In The Delivery Of Medical Benefits In Belgium. The National Institute For Health And Disability Insurance (Inami/Riziv For Short) Is Responsible For Carrying Out This Task.
