The Certificates For Care Provided (In The Form Of Booklets And Continuous Forms) And The Compliance Slips Are One Of The Key Elements In The Delivery Of Medical Benefits In Belgium. The National Institute For Health And Disability Insurance (Inami/Riziv For Short) Is Responsible For Carrying Out This Task. The Riziv Wishes To Charge An Interested Entrepreneur With The Printing, Management Of Orders And The Distribution Of These Documents To Healthcare Providers (Defined As Any Person Referred To In Article 2, N Of The Act Of 14 July 1994 On Insurance For Medical Care And Benefits, And Any Manager Of An Institution Where Care Is Provided), As Well As With The Claim For Related Payments. The Concession Has The Following Objectives: - Printing And Delivery Of The Documents; - Management Of Document Orders; - The Provision Of Information To The Riziv; - The Claim For Related Payments.
