The Pipeline To Be Installed Will Be Made Of High-Density Polyethylene D90 10 Atm In A Total Length Of 2,430 M. The Trench Will Be Made By Mechanical Means, Placing The Pipe On A Gravel Bed Of 0-6 Mm Per Leveling Of The Bottom Of The Ditch, Subsequent Filling With Selected Material From The Own Excavation Or Contribution Up To 25 Cm Thick, The Rest Of The Fill Will Be Made With Tolerable Material From The Own Excavation Or Contribution, Compacting It Up To 90% Of The Pn, Including Transport To The Landfill Of The Stones Or Earth. Also Contemplated Is The Corresponding Clearing Of Land For Each Of The Sections. 3 New Flanged Suction Cups With A Nominal Diameter Of 50 Mm Of Pn16 Will Be Installed To Remove The Air From The Conduction And At The Low Points 3 Drains Of D50 To Be Able To Empty The Conduction, Distributed Throughout The Route. They Will Be Placed Inside The 1 M Diameter Registration Pits, With Ductile Iron Registration Cover, Type D-400. Also Included Are Manual Shut-Off Valves With Flanges As Well As A Head Counter. The Route Of The Drive Contemplates Crossing Vehicle Traffic Paths And Some Torrents. As Accessory Works, The Following Actions Are Contemplated: - Cleaning And Conditioning Of The Area Affected By The Execution Of The Works, With Mechanical And Manual Means. Including Review And Adaptation Of Affected Road Sections.- Superficial Installation Of Provisional Pipes To Maintain Service. It Includes The Necessary Connections With The Existing Pipe. - Pallet Allowances For Installation Work. Including Manual And Complementary Material.- Network Connections Exist
