The Public Procurement Is With The Subject Supply Of Net Electric Energy And Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Parvomai. The Aim Is To Select A Supplier Of Net Electricity And A Coordinator For A Balancing Group, To Whom A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Article 20 Of The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) Will Be Awarded, Namely Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To/For Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, Obligations To Society, Vat, Excise Duty, Other Regulatory Fees That Are Or May Be Determined By Kevr Or Another Competent Authority, Allowance, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. The Selected Contractor Should Deliver An Estimated Amount Of 1770.282 Mwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy. The Estimated Amount Is Determined On The Basis Of Actual Consumed Amounts Of Electricity By The Contracting Authority For 12 (Twelve) Months And Does Not In Any Way Commit The Contracting Authority To Absorb It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Contracting Authoritys Consumption Within Its Framework. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Necessary Amount Of Electricity For A Day, A Month Or For The Entire Period Of The Contract.
