The Specified Amount Is Based On Reported Information On Consumed Electricity For A Period Of 12 Months At The Contracting Authoritys Site And Does Not Oblige Him To Absorb It, Nor Does It Limit Him Only To The Indicated Consumption Values, The Same May Exceed The Forecasted Amount.
