The Acquisition Of Dental Supplies Corresponding To The Orthodontic Area Is Required, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Established In Section 1.3, Under The Modality Of “Agreement For Supply Of Supplies For The Orthodontic Service Of The Caplc”. This Tender Will Be Executed Under The Supply Modality, Which Implies That The Caplc Will Request The Inputs Periodically, According To Its Needs, Until The Maximum Amount Awarded Is Reached Or Until The End Of The Contract, Whichever Occurs First. The Contract Will Have An Initial Duration Of 12 Months. It May Be Renewed Only Once, For Up To 12 Additional Months, Maintaining The Same Conditions Established In These Bases.
