The Purpose Of Taking Out A Loan In The Amount Of Up To Pln 13,300,000.00 Is To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit Of The Oświęcim Commune. The Decision To Take Out A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 13,300,000.00 Was Made By The Oświęcim Commune Council By Resolution Xvi/120/25 Of May 28, 2025, Based On Article 18(2)(9)(C) And Article 58 Of The Act Of March 8, 1990 On Municipal Self-Government (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1153) Art. 89 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 Of The Act Of August 27, 2009 On Public Finances (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1530, As Amended). Deadline For Execution Of The Contract: Up To 157 Months, But Not Earlier Than From The Moment Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until The Final Repayment Of The Loan Expected In December 2038. Repayment Of Capital Installments Under The Loan Agreement Will Take Place Quarterly In The Period From March 2026 To December 2038. Planned Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract: December 2025. The Bank Will Make The Loan Available To The Ordering Party Immediately After Concluding The Contract, But No Later Than December 31, 2025. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Repaying Loan Installments In Foreign Currencies. All Calculations Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Made In Polish Zlotys (Pln).
