The Main Objectives Of This Project Are: - To Develop A Refined Methodology Compared To The Previous Study Based On Arima And Estat Work With Arimax, By Using Suitable Econometrics Models And Machine Learning Models, Tuned For The Different Fuels, Flows And Countries, For Estimating With High Accuracy The Ongoing Year Energy Flows And Fuels, Primary And Final Energy Consumption And Annual Balance; - To Prove For 4 Reference Years That These Estimates Have High Accuracy For Individual Fuels And Flows In Each Of The Covered Countries; - To Develop A Set Of Tools Eurostat Can Use In The Future To Make These Estimates.
