The Purpose Of The Envisaged Contract Is The Acquisition And Installation Of Self-Service Equipment As Part Of A Replacement Of Existing Equipment Or A First Installation. The Self-Service Equipment Is Intended For Public Educational Establishments Located In The Lorraine Territory (Departments 54, 57 And 88) Of The Grand Est Region (Teaching High Schools, Agricultural High Schools, Regional Adapted Education Establishments (Erea) And Sports Expertise And Performance Resource Centers (Creps), I.E. Around 90 Establishments. This Includes Refrigerated Display Cases, Salad Bars, Mobile Cold Cabinets, Hot Air Units, Glass Tops, Vegetable Bars, Mobile Cold And Hot Cabinets, Peripheral And Additional Accessories, Facades, Return Arms, Neutral Units, Constant Level Heated Plate Trolleys, Constant Level Trolleys (Glasses, Trays, Neutral), Re-Evaporation Trays, Various Accessories, Etc.). The Self-Service Equipment Must Provide Comfort Of Use, Maintenance, Acoustics And Allow Energy Savings (Electricity, Water, Cleaning Products). They Must Also Ensure A High Level Of Safety, Hygiene And Performance. The Services Include The Supply, Delivery, Installation, Technical Guarantee Of Equipment (2 Years Minimum), Training Of User Personnel And Recovery Of Old Equipment In The Event Of Replacement Of Existing Equipment. Before Each Order Form, A Prior Site Visit Will Be Necessary To Determine The Arrangements To Be Considered. The Contract Will Be Concluded In The Form Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, With No Minimum Amount And For A Maximum Amount Of 3,500,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over Its Duration.
