Call Center – Provision Of External Call Center Services Ii.. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Provide The Services Of An External Call Center With A Minimum Of 17 And A Maximum Of 40 Fte Operators Available. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of External Call Center Services By The Supplier To The Contracting Authority Consisting In Particular Of: (A) Securing The Premises, All Material, It And Personnel Equipment Required For The Operation Of The External Call Center By The Supplier At The Suppliers Expense; (B) Receiving, Processing And Handling Individual Telephone Requests From Customers Made To The Customers Customer Line, Which Will Be Redirected Via The Customers It System (Hereinafter Referred To As Telephony) To The External Call Center, Via Telephone Or Subsequent Paper Or Electronic Written Interactions With Customers; And (C) Implementation Of: (I) Service Processes; (Ii) Asset Processes; And (Iii) Debt Collection Processes, As Specified In More Detail In Annex No. 1 Of The Binding Model Of The Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of These Instructions (The Said Performance Together Also Hereinafter Referred To As Services And The Said Model Of The Framework Agreement Hereinafter Referred To As The Model Framework Agreement).
