Security Services – Physical Protection Of Phm Warehouses, Management Of Alarm Systems At Phm Warehouses Čepro, A.S. And Čepro, A.S. Gas Stations, 2026 – 2032. The Subject Of The Order Is: A) The Provision Of Bs Turnkey Consisting Of Continuous (I.E. 24 Hours A Day, 365 Days A Year Or 366 Days In A Leap Year) Guarding Of Sixteen (16) Warehouse Facilities In 16 Campuses And 5 Unmanned Technological Facilities Of The Contracting Authority Located In Various Districts Of The Czech Republic, Of Which 13 Facilities Are In The Form Of Fos By Security Contractors Using Of The Contractors Alarm Systems And Control Security Activities Of The Contractors Selected Employees At The Site Of These 13 Of The Contractors Objects, Including The Possible Involvement Of Remote Supervision Via Dppc, For The Remaining 8 Objects Only Remotely Via Dc Hněvice And At The Same Time Dppc; B) The Provision Of Management And Service Of The Contractors Ps By The Supplier In 16 Warehouses, 5 Unmanned Technological Objects And At The Companys Headquarters (The List Of Locations Forms Annex No. 1 Of This Procurement Documentation) With The Aim Of Ensuring Their Reliable Continuous Operation In Accordance With The Described Level Of Assured Services, Which Will Be The Subject Of The Contract For The Provision Of Security Services. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Entire System From The Protection In The Suppliers Switchboard (Diversion From The Backbone Line, This Does Not Mean Separate Disconnection In The Switchboards) To The End Element Of The System, Except For The Distribution Of Optical Routes And It Equipment, Which Are Under Their Management; C) Provision Of Management And Service Of Ps Installed At Gas Stations Owned By The Contracting Authority With The Aim Of Ensuring Their Reliable Continuous Operation In Accordance With The Described Level Of Assured Services, Which Will Be The Subject Of The Contract For The Provision Of Security Services. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Entire System From The Main Securing Element Inclusive To The End Element Of The System. The Exception Is Optical Distribution In It Administration. The List Of Gas Stations Is Contained In Appendix No. 1 Of This Tender Documentation. The Contracting Authority Has Its Own Nationwide Internal Dc Stationed At The Hněvice Warehouse, Into Which Information Is Submitted Regarding The Status Of One Or More Ps And Which Will Be Able To Directly Control The Guards At The Monitored Objects Using Communication Means In The Event Of An Intervention Against A Possible Intruder Or An Emergency, Or Take Over Direct Supervision Of A Remote Object Via Outputs From The Ps. The Contracting Authority Will Require The Supplier To Operate The Supervision Of All Pss (With The Exception Of Pss At Gas Stations) And Access To The Sbi System On Its Dppc, With The Understanding That, Depending On The Chosen Strategy For Providing Security Services And Supervision Of Pss, The Supplier May Or May Not Subsequently Maintain The Operation Of Dc Hněvice. The Contracting Authority Points Out That The Supplier Must Already Take Into Account The Selected Option In The Offer (I.E. Whether The Supplier Will Maintain The Operation Of Dc Hněvice Or Not) And Cannot Change Its Selection Further.
